Terms of Service

Article 1 - Introduction

This agreement ("Terms") is between you ("User") and Cudium ("We/Us"). By clicking "I Agree" or using our platform, you accept these Terms.

Article 2 - Definition

• Cudium: A cross-border payment platform (website + mobile app)
• User: Anyone registered to deposit, transfer, or withdraw money.
• Transaction: Any money movement (deposits, transfers, etc.) in your account

Article 3 - Registration

To create an account:

• Provide your name, email, and phone number
• Create a password
• Complete ID verification (KYC)

Note: You must finish KYC before transacting.

Article 4 - Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Cudium after changes, you accept them.

Article 5 - Language

All communications will be in English.

Article 6 - Account Rules

We may block your account if:

• Required by law
• Fraud is suspected
• A bank/payment partner requests it

Article 7 - Age Limit

Only users 18+ years old can register.

Article 8 - Crypto Risks

You understand that cryptocurrencies like USDT:

• Can change value suddenly
• Have regulatory risks

Article 9 - Liquidity

We maintain crypto reserves (like USDT) to process transactions smoothly.

Not a guarantee: Pool sizes may vary

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

All Cudium logos, designs, and content are owned by us.

Don't: Copy, modify, or misuse our branding

Article 11 - Prohibited Activities

Never use Cudium for:

• Illegal activities
• Money laundering
• Breaking any laws

Article 12 - Service Disclaimer

We only provide payment services. We're not responsible for:

• Platform outages
• Services beyond money transfers

Article 13 - Governing Law

Laws if the Federal Republic of Nigeria applies. In the case of dispute, Alternative Dispute Resolution shall apply first, in the case of which an inability to resolve shall mean litigation in Nigerian Courts.

Article 14 - Liability Limits

We're not liable for:

• Indirect damages (like lost profits)
• Issues beyond our control

Article 15 - Entire Agreement

These Terms replace all past agreements.

Article 16 - User Responsibilities

You must cover costs if you:

• Break these Terms
• Cause legal issues for Cudium

Article 17 - Partial Validity

If one part is unenforceable, the rest still apply

Article 18 - Not Financial Advice

We don't recommend investments. Decisions are yours alone.

Article 19 - Data Privacy

We comply with:

• Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023
• ⁠Central Bank of Nigeria Regulations
• Securities and Exchanges Commission Rules and Regulations
• PCI-DSS (for card payments)

You may use our app, but can't:

• Reverse engineer our software
