Terms of Service

• Platform: Cudium’s website, Mobile App, and related services
• User: Any person registered on Cudium to deposit, withdraw, transfer, or convert currencies.
• Transaction: Any financial activity conducted via the Platform.
• Currency: NGN, USD, GBP, EUR, USDT, or other supported currencies.

3.1. To use the Services, you must:

• Provide accurate information (name, email, phone number).
• Create a secure password and complete KYC verification.
• Be at least 18 years old.

3.2. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• Notifying us of unauthorized access (admin@cudium.com).

3.3. We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Suspected fraud or legal violations.
• Non-compliance with these Terms.

5.1. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform unlawfully or for prohibited activities (e.g., fraud, money laundering).
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse Cudium’s intellectual property (Section 10).

5.2. Prohibited Transactions:

• Illegal goods/services (e.g., narcotics, weapons).
• Gambling or Ponzi schemes without prior written approval.

6.1. All Platform content (text, logos, trademarks) is owned by Cudium and protected under Nigerian/international law.

6.2. You grant Cudium a non-exclusive license to use your trademarks for Service provision.

7.1. We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform per these Terms.

7.2. You may not:

• Modify, redistribute, or create derivative works.
• Use Cudium’s branding without written permission.

8.1. The Platform is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties for uninterrupted or error-free service.

8.2. Limitation of Liability:

• Cudium is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
• Liability is capped as permitted by Nigerian law.

10.1. These Terms are governed by Nigerian law.

10.2. Disputes shall first undergo ADR (where applicable) before litigation in Nigerian courts.

11.1. Users acknowledge risks associated with cryptographic systems.

11.2. Cudium maintains liquidity pools (e.g., USDT) but does not provide financial advice.

12.1. We comply with Nigeria Data Protection Act (2023) and PCI/DSS standards.

• Severability: Unenforceable clauses will be modified to reflect intent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede prior agreements.
